Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Before inquiring about a lost package, please wait at least two months due to COVID-19.
- If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me!
- Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes their country may charge upon delivery.
- If the customer inputs their address incorrectly and the package gets lost, the customer may need to pay additional shipping for a replacement.
My item hasn't arrived. What should I do?
The current pandemic has slowed down mail to some countries significantly. Please allow for two months for your package to arrive (or three months if you live internationally). If it hasn't arrived at that point, please contact me at email@example.com.
How long until I receive my order?
There should be a time estimate at checkout but they aren't reliable during the pandemic. Here's a very general guide:
Canada - up to 1 month
USA - up to 2 months
International - up to 3 months
Orders normally arrive in a couple of weeks, but delays can occur - especially during the pandemic. Please wait until two months have passed before inquiring about a lost package. Thank you for your patience!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out, based on the order weight.
Where's my tracking number?
Unfortunately, none of my shipping methods include tracking. The tracked options from Canada post are extremely expensive and I wouldn't expect anyone to pay those. In the future I may find alternate methods, but this is the best I can do for now. Thanks for your understanding!
