Shipping Terms & Conditions

Please read these shipping terms before placing your order - thanks!

  • Before inquiring about a lost package, please wait the estimated time (see below)
  • Orders are shipped within 7 days of placing the order
  • If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me! I will get it replaced for you ASAP.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes their country may charge upon delivery (including EU & UK countries)
  • Canadian orders will have tax applied via checkout since I am based in Canada. 
  • If the customer inputs their address incorrectly and the package gets lost, the customer may need to pay additional shipping for a replacement.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Please wait the recommended time before inquiring about a lost package: 

Canada & USA - 2-4 weeks

International - 6-8 weeks

How are orders shipped?

  • The cheapest shipping option is for stickers & patch orders. They are shipped via lettermail & a stamp. Sticker shipping does not have tracking no matter where you live. But, it's only $2-$3!
  • USA & Canada orders have tracking (unless it's "sticker shipping", see above point).
  • International orders do not have tracking - contact me if you want to add it on. It's a bit more expensive.
  • Orders containing original paintings will have tracking regardless of where you live.

I hope to find cheaper solutions in the future, but this is the best I can do for now - thanks for your understanding!

**Info for EU & UK Customers**

If you live in EU or the UK, keep in mind that I do not collect VAT on my store!  Any VAT, duties, taxes, or fees applied to the order at customs are the customer's responsibility to pay in order to receive their package. Sometimes your postal service may require you to pay before you can get your parcel, and failure to do so might result in it getting sent back to me. This applies to any other country that might have import fees. If you're okay with the extra fees or delays, then feel free to place an order!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the order weight. Any extra duties & customs are the customer's responsibility to pay (see above for EU/UK orders as I do not collect VAT for those). If you live outside the USA or Canada, your order will not have tracking. Contact me if you want to add it on!

Why does the price change after checking out?

All orders are processed in CAD since I am based in Canada. You can preview prices in your own currency while you shop, but once you checkout you will see the price converted into Canadian dollars. For USD, this will make the price appear higher but it's just because of the exchange rate. 

Where's my tracking number?

Not all orders get tracking. It will be in your shipping confirmation email if it has tracking. Only Canada & the USA have tracking, but "sticker shipping" does not, not matter where you live, since it's only $2-$3.

If you want to pay extra for tracking, send me an email and I can get a quote for you!

In the future I may find alternate methods, but this is the best I can do for now. Thanks for your understanding!

Why was I refunded a small amount?

Sometimes, it ends up costing a little less to ship your package. If this happens I will refund the amount and you will get an email. This doesn't happen with every order, but a few times a month it can happen. Refund amounts are usually $3-$4 CAD on average.
