Shipping Terms & Conditions

Please read these shipping terms before placing your order - thanks!

  • Before inquiring about a lost package, please wait the estimated time (see below)
  • If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me! I will get it replaced for you ASAP.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes their country may charge upon delivery (including EU & UK countries)
  • Canadian orders will have HST (13%) applied via checkout since I am based in Canada. 
  • If the customer inputs their address incorrectly and the package gets lost, the customer may need to pay additional shipping for a replacement.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Please wait the recommended time before inquiring about a lost package: 

Canada - up to 1month

USA - up to 2 months

International - up to 3 months

How are orders shipped?

None of my shipping options come with tracking unless you order an original painting. If you want to save on shipping, sticker & patch orders are shipped via lettermail, so they're much more affordable! I hope to find cheaper solutions in the future, but this is the best I can do for now - thanks for your understanding! See the end if you want to upgrade your shipping to tracked.

How long until I receive my order?

There should be a time estimate at checkout but they aren't always reliable. Here's a very general guide:

Canada - up to 1month

USA - up to 2 months

International - up to 3 months

Orders normally arrive in a couple of weeks, but delays can occur - especially during busy seasons. Lettermail orders (stickers only) may take a bit longer than regular packages. Please wait the recommended amount of time before inquiring about a lost package, and thanks for your patience! 

**Info for EU & UK Customers**

If you live in EU or the UK, keep in mind that I do not collect VAT on my store!  Any VAT, duties, taxes, or fees applied to the order at customs are the customer's responsibility to pay in order to receive their package. This applies to any other country that might have import fees. If you're okay with the extra fees or delays, then you can still place an order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out, based on the order weight. Any extra duties & customs are the customer's responsibility to pay (see above for EU/UK orders as I do not collect VAT for those).

Where's my tracking number?

Unfortunately, none of my shipping methods include tracking unless you buy an original painting. The tracked options from Canada post are quite pricy and I wouldn't expect anyone to pay those. If you want to pay extra for tracking, send me an email and I can get a quote for you.

  • For USA customers tracking is often only an extra dollar or two, so sometimes I upgrade it anyways, free of charge. Email me if you want to pay to upgrade.
  • For Canadian orders, tracked parcels cost about $20-$25 before tax. Email me if you want this option!
  • For international orders, tracked shipping is also around $20 depending on where you live. Email me for a quote!
In the future I may find alternate methods, but this is the best I can do for now. Thanks for your understanding!
