Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Before inquiring about a lost package, please wait the estimated times (see shipping FAQ)
- If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me! I will get it replaced for you ASAP.
- Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes their country may charge upon delivery (including EU & UK countries)
- Canadian orders will have tax applied via checkout since I am based in Canada.
- If the customer inputs their address incorrectly and the package gets lost, the customer must pay for additional shipping for a replacement.
