Refund policy
- If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact me at shopjelarts@gmail.com and I will either replace or refund the missing/damaged items.
- You have 30 days to return items, and buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs. Items must be in good condition to return. Contact me at shopjelarts@gmail.com for any returns.
- If I haven't sent out your order and you wish to cancel, send me an email at shopjelarts@gmail.com within 24 hours.
